When you add an item to your Shopping Cart, you will see a screen with your Order Summary on the right. You will also see a box and an ‘Apply Code’ button under it. Please enter your coupon code in the box and click on ‘Apply Code’. Your discount and the updated price will then show up under Order Summary.

The best way to check shipping charges is to see the shipping total in your Shopping Cart.

When you click on ‘Check Out’ you will be taken to a page where you can choose your shipping option. The price for the option you choose will be updated instantly. We offer Standard, Express, Second Business Day and Next Business Day shipping options. Not all shipping methods are available in all areas.

We calculate shipping charges based on the destination address, product combinations you order and the shipping method you select. Not all of our products will ship in the same type of containers and some products in your order may require separate shipping containers. This will impact your shipping total.

Any order over $30 before tax qualifies for free Domestic Economy Shipping within the US. No coupon is necessary, the shipping charge updates automatically to $0. However, when you proceed to check out, if you change your shipping method to anything other than Domestic Economy, the corresponding shipping charges will apply.

1. Hover over the category tabs in the top nav and click on the product you want to create.
2. On the category page, click on the size or type of product you want to create or, click on Create Now.
3. Personalize your product. If you have saved albums, some of the images will show up on the right. Click on the one you want to use. Or, click on Get Photos to get new images for your product.
4. Clicking on Get Photos lets you choose images from your existing albums, upload them from your computer or import them from one of these sites: Facebook, Flickr, SmugMug, Picasa.
5. When you click on the photo you want to use on the right, the chosen photo appears on the product you have chosen.
6. To edit the photo, click on the image area within the product. You will see the design tool or image editor under it. Explore zoom and tint options or move your image around for best results.
7. For products that feature design templates, click on the templates in the tray under the product to preview your product in each of them. Some templates can have more than one photo. Add each photo in the same way and use the design tool to edit.
8. Add text if the chosen template has a text area marked ‘T’. Click on it to open the text edit box. Type in your text and click ‘Done’.
9. Click on ‘Preview’ wherever available to see what your personalized gift will look like.
10. When you have finished editing and previewing your gift, click on Add to Cart.

1. Hover over the ‘Cards & Stationery’ tab in the top nav and click on the type of cards you want to create - Eco Cards, Folded Cards, Flat Cards or Photo Greeting Cards.
2. On the resulting category page, click on the finish, quantity or specific size of the card you wish to create.
3. Personalize and design your card - choose a template, add photos and text. You can use photos from your existing albums, upload them from your computer or import them from one of these sites: Facebook, Flickr, Picasa or SmugMug.
4. You can preview your photos in various designs available in the template tray at the bottom. Click on each to apply it to your card. To change the template, click on the new template you want to use.
5. Add text wherever applicable by clicking on the areas marked ‘T’. Enter text and click on ‘Done’.
6. You can also create full bleed cards with just a photo and no design.
7. For folded cards, add your design and photo to the front and personalized text to the inside of the card.
8. When you have finished creating your card, click on ‘Add to Cart’.

Flat Cards: Paper cards in 3 finishes - felt, pearl and matte - in packs of 25. Available in different sizes. Suited for invitations and photo announcements.

Folded Cards: Folded, matte paper cards in two sizes. 3.5”x5” cards are available in packs of 12 and 24, appropriate for Thank You cards. 5”x7” folded cards are available in packs of 10 and 25 and are appropriate as greeting cards and thank you cards.

Photo Greeting Cards: These are high quality photo cards measuring 4”x8”. Paper type options include glossy, matte, lustre and metallic. They come in packs of 10 and 25 and are suitable for holiday cards, invitations and announcements.

Eco Cards: Eco-friendly cards are printed on 50% Recycled content (10% post-consumer and 40% pre-consumer waste) and are FSC certified. Envelopes are made of 30% recycled content and FSC certified paper. Two types of matte finish, eco cards are offered: 4”x5” notecards and 5”x7” folded cards. Both come in a 25 pack with envelopes.

1. Hover over the Cards & Stationery tab in the top nav.
2. Click on Calendar.
3. On the resulting category page, click on the 12 month or 18 month calendar.
4. Personalize your calendar. Add a photo for each month and one for the cover. Click on Get Photos to bring in the photos you want to use. You can use photos from your existing albums, upload them from your computer or import them from one of these sites: Facebook, Flickr, Picasa or SmugMug.
5. Choose a design from the template tray at the bottom, if you wish. Click on the design you want to use. Or, create a full bleed calendar with just photos.
6. Click on each month on top and add a photo to it. To add a photo to a month, click on the photo on the right and click on the image area in the calendar.
7. When you have finished creating your calendar, click on Add to Cart.

1. Hover over ‘Photo Books’ in the top nav. Click on Photo Books in the roll over.
2. Click on Create Now.
3. Choose from an image wrapped photo book and a suede picture window photo book.
4. If you chose an image wrapped photo book, now choose the size from the drop down and click on ‘Create this Book’. If you chose a suede book, choose the color and the size, then click on ‘Create this Book’.
5. Personalize your photo book. Choose design templates from the tray below and apply them to individual pages, a specific spread or the entire book.
6. Click on Get Photos to being in the photos you want to use in your photo book. Choose from Quick Fill or Page by Page options.
   • In the Quick Fill option, you can choose all the photos for your book in one shot. They will be added to your book in a standard layout with 1-3 photos per page. You can then edit or rearrange the pages to your liking.
   • If you choose the Page by Page option, you can add your photos individually and design your photo book from scratch page by page.
7. Use the Add Page, Delete Page and Arrange Pages options to edit your book.
8. Click on areas marked ‘T’ to add captions, dates and descriptions for your photos.
9. Click on Preview at the top and then on ‘View Full Screen’ link at the bottom to preview your completed photo book.
10. Once you have finished editing, click on Add to Cart.

You can use the photo editor to change the tint of your picture, to crop it by zooming in and to reposition it.

After adding a photo to your personalized gift, card or other item:

1. Click on the photo within the image area of the product.
2. The rectangular edit tool pops up just under it. Use the slider for a zoom in and zoom out effect on your photo. This way you can decide how much of your picture you want cropped.
3. Click on the tint tool to change your photo’s tint to sepia or black and white.
4. Click and drag the ‘move’ icon to reposition your picture.
5. Use the ‘Revert’ arrow to go back to your original image.

2. Click on My Photos at the top.
3. On the following screen, click on ‘Add photos’.
4. Select the option, ‘ I want to add my photos to a new album’
5. Type in your album’s name and click ‘Save’

4. Select one of the two options, ‘ I want to add my photos to a new album’ or ‘I want to add my photos to one of my existing albums’. If you choose the latter, choose the album from the drop down and click on ‘ok’. If you choose the former, give your new album a name and click ‘Save’
5. On the following screen, click on ‘Browse’ to add photos from your computer.

3. To remove an entire album, click on ‘Delete’ under that album inside the right sidebar.
4. To remove specific images from an album, click on that album. Once inside, click on ‘Remove this photo’ for the images you want to remove from your album.

You are welcome to store your photos on ezprints.com for a limited time until you come back and complete your saved or unfinished projects. However, your photos will not be stored on the site indefinitely, so we strongly recommend you have a backup of all your photos elsewhere.
